  • 10 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned steak until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté mushrooms and bell pepper in the same skillet until softened (about 4-5 minutes), then add minced garlic.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, whisk in flour to create a roux, then gradually add heavy cream while stirring until smooth. Mix in cream cheese and provolone until melted.
  5. Combine cooked fettuccine, seared steak, half of the sautéed vegetables, and sauce in a large bowl.
  6. Serve topped with remaining sautéed veggies and garnish with parsley.
