  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini until al dente in salted boiling water. Add broccoli during the last 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, salt, pepper, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir in the drained pasta and broccoli.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm olive oil; add heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in mozzarella until melted.
  4. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the chicken mixture and mix well. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Optionally top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
