- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook rotini until al dente in salted boiling water. Add broccoli during the last 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, salt, pepper, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir in the drained pasta and broccoli.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm olive oil; add heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in mozzarella until melted.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce over the chicken mixture and mix well. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
