Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and poke holes in each potato.
  2. Bake potatoes on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
