  • ½ cup toasted almonds, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  3. Prepare jasmine rice according to package instructions and let cool.

  5. In a smaller bowl, whisk together lemon juice, tahini, and yogurt (if using) for the dressing.
  6. Mix cooled rice with vegetable mixture; add sliced chicken once cooked.
